Information you submit

The retirement information form collects your full name, email address, planning stage, chosen topic, message and privacy confirmation. Do not include pension numbers, tax identifiers, financial account details, medical information or documents.

Why it is processed

The information is used to securely record and identify the focused request you choose to submit. An opaque reference is shown after the record is committed. The site does not automatically email or forward submissions to a third party and does not guarantee monitoring or a reply.

Storage and retention

The server validates the request and stores it outside the public website using authenticated encryption. Each record receives a fresh nonce and opaque ID. Records are retained for up to 30 days and are then eligible for deletion through automatic cleanup or the owner-only maintenance command. Access is limited to an owner-only local server command; no public administration page is provided.

Request protection

A short-lived secure cookie and a separate timing cookie protect the form for no more than 30 seconds. A pseudonymous rate-limit record contains only a salted network-address hash, a counter and timestamps, and expires within ten minutes. Ordinary hosting security logs may contain a network address, time and requested path.

Necessary cookie choice

The site stores only the value accepted in the necessary preference cookie for 180 days. It is not used for analytics, advertising or personalisation. See the Cookie Policy.

Disclosure and international operation

The generated form does not send data to advertising, analytics, email or webhook services. Hosting providers may process ordinary traffic data to deliver and secure the site. Because the project operates from Hong Kong and is presented to readers in Italy, information may be handled across borders under the safeguards available to the chosen host.

Your choices

You may ask about or request deletion of a stored submission by emailing the address above and including the opaque reference. A request can be acted on only if the record still exists and can be identified; this policy does not promise a response time or legal outcome.
